What a custom software MVP costs in Turkey
A discovery-led custom software MVP is planned at $25,000–$80,000 over 8–16 weeks. A production SaaS MVP is planned at $40,000–$120,000 over 10–16 weeks. Both are planning ranges, not quotes. The written proposal comes after discovery, once the integrations and the first release are named.
What the custom band is for
The $25,000–$80,000 band is for one operational workflow that packaged tools cannot represent: the users, the approvals, the record, and the systems it already touches. Reorigin scopes that from Şişli as a product, from discovery to a production release. It is not a day rate, and it is not a bench of unnamed developers.
Inside a first release at the lower end of the band you should expect a written scope, a data model stakeholders can read, authentication and roles where the workflow needs them, and one path that replaces the manual work. Admin screens for the people who run the process, a deploy on Cloudflare, AWS, or GCP, and handover notes are part of done. The upper end of the band is the same shape with harder integrations: an ERP that already owns the record, more roles, or an audit trail the process cannot ship without.
What moves the price inside the band
Discovery is where the figure moves. A warehouse that prices every order by hand and a manufacturer that tracks quality holds in email are both custom software. They are not the same number of integrations. We name the workflow that hurts, the systems it already touches, and the number that would tell you the replacement worked. If a smaller integration beats a new system, we say so before a proposal treats the whole operation as a rebuild.
Eight to sixteen weeks is the planning duration for that first production release, after discovery. The first release has to be able to go to production. A demo that cannot replace the manual path is not the release this band describes. Later releases — neighbouring workflows, hardening, another integration — sit above the band and are phased.
When it is a SaaS MVP instead
Use the custom band when the software follows one company's operation. Use the SaaS band when many organizations will subscribe to one product: isolated tenant data, a plan, a bill, and onboarding a second user can finish without you on a call. That production SaaS MVP is planned at $40,000–$120,000 over 10–16 weeks. Billing, tenant isolation, and self-serve onboarding are why it sits above the custom storefront-or-workflow band. The architecture choices for that product are in multi-tenant SaaS architecture decisions.
If the second customer should not require a second deployment, you are buying a SaaS slice. If the software is the operation of one company, you are buying a custom slice.
What the bands do not include
Neither band is a quote you can sign from this page. The proposal comes after discovery. Neither band is staff augmentation: we do not sell unnamed hours. A quote before the workflow, the integrations, and the first release are named is a guess, and we will not dress a guess up as a fixed price. Fixed price fits a defined release after that scope exists. When the product continues after launch, a retained partnership is a separate scope.
NDA and intellectual property are not folded into the number. Ask for an NDA when the discovery will cover unpublished detail. IP terms are written into the proposal. The default we discuss is that you own the product code delivered for the engagement, and Reorigin keeps its pre-existing tools. The signed agreement is the source of truth.
Read custom software development for the workflow band, SaaS platform development when the product is a subscription, and how we work for the sequence from inquiry to a written proposal. Delivery is in English and Turkish.
