Automated recyclable collection
Generators request a pickup from the app — waste type, approximate weight, address, and a collection window. Collectors are assigned automatically instead of running a manual dispatch board.

Automated Recycling & Smart Waste Management Ecosystem
Reorigin Technology designed and built RecycleOrigin in Istanbul — a cleantech circular-economy platform that automates recyclable collection, assigns exclusive optimized routes to drivers, and tokenizes recyclable material so generators can settle, spend, or donate against a visible trail. The product is live at recycleorigin.com.
It launched first in Istanbul. It is now being implemented in other cities across Turkey, and is being prepared for export — European countries first, then Australia, then further markets.
Platform
A cleantech circular-economy stack: automated collection, an exclusive driver routing algorithm, and tokenization of recyclable material.
Generators request a pickup from the app — waste type, approximate weight, address, and a collection window. Collectors are assigned automatically instead of running a manual dispatch board.
A dedicated routing algorithm sequences jobs for each driver so collection follows the best available path through the city — fewer empty kilometres, faster doorstep-to-facility cycles.
Verified weights become tokenized value. Generators settle against that record — bank payout, in-app store credit, or a transparent charity donation — so material has a trail from bin to facility.
Geography
RecycleOrigin was engineered in Istanbul and went live there first. The same platform is being rolled out to other Turkish cities, then licensed and exported — Europe first, Australia next, then further countries.
Product, operations, and the first city-scale collection loop were designed for Istanbul — households, organizations, hospitals, hotels, and schools.
The same multi-role stack is being implemented in other Turkish cities so municipalities and private operators can run source-separated collection without rebuilding the platform.
The export sequence is European countries first, then Australia, then other markets. RecycleOrigin is a product Reorigin can localize — not a one-city prototype.
Routing
The exclusive routing algorithm is built for recycling logistics: clustered pickups, time windows, and facility drop-off. Drivers receive assigned jobs and a sequence — not a list to sort by hand. That is what makes automated collection viable at city scale, first in Istanbul and then in every city the platform enters.
Supported by BTM Camp in Istanbul as an incubation context — the operational proof is the live collection loop, not the program name.
Product
Live RecycleOrigin UI — request collection, tokenized waste cart, and scheduled pickup windows. Companion collector apps sit on the same backend.
Source-separated dry waste in, verified weights and tokenized value out — for households and organizations on one system.
Generators log dry waste with an approximate weight, choose an address, and schedule a collection window. Supported streams include plastic and PET, glass, copper and brass, iron and metals, aluminum, cardboard and paper, tin cans, and electronics.
Households plus organizational accounts — companies, government offices, hospitals, hotels, and schools — so municipal and private collection programs can run on one platform as it expands city by city.
Three operational roles share one data model so collection, weighing, and payout stay consistent from doorstep to facility.
Households and organizations separate dry waste, request collection, and choose how to settle — payout, store credit, or charity.
Drivers receive assigned jobs, navigate optimized routes, and record verified weights at pickup instead of negotiating loads by hand.
Receiving sites and storekeepers close the material record — intake, inventory, and the trace that generators and collectors already see.
A Flutter client layer on Go and Python microservices, PostgreSQL for operational records, and Docker for reproducible deploys.
RecycleOrigin is a cleantech circular-economy platform for automated recyclable collection. It tokenizes verified material, assigns exclusive optimized routes to drivers, and lets generators settle, spend, or donate against that record. Reorigin designed and built it in Istanbul.
It was built in Istanbul and launched there first. It is being implemented in other cities across Turkey. The export path is European countries first, then Australia, then further markets.
A generator opens the app, lists waste types and an approximate weight, selects an address, and books a window. The platform assigns a collector on an exclusive route. At pickup the load is weighed and tokenized against the generator’s account.
RecycleOrigin is a product Reorigin Technology designed and built — not a third-party client logo. Reorigin owns the engineering: Flutter clients, Go and Python microservices, routing, tokenization, and traceability. The live product is recycleorigin.com.
Three capabilities define the platform: automated collection of recyclable material, an exclusive routing algorithm for drivers so collection follows the best path, and tokenization of recyclable material so verified weights become settleable value.
RecycleOrigin was developed with support from BTM Camp, Istanbul’s technology commercialization program. That is an incubation context. It does not replace operational evidence from the live Istanbul collection loop.
